Specially چوری چکاری is on rise and security problems are at height. Maintenance issues are also on rise. So it is better to compare all the aspects with the houses available in the city and then take the decision for purchase of a house.
Bahria Town accounts should be Audited and released it to its residents also Board of Directors/Members should be picked from each precinct.
Money flow is the main problem. But i think other big problems are insecurity and mal-administration
I live in Precent 10-A sewerage water is coming out from front side of villa since one month. No one is coming inspite of no of Complaints. One can’t stand due to bad smell. Behria town is deteriorating. Now it’s not a good place to live. Heavy charges
Bad roads Irregular traffic Dumpers damaging cars. Accidents. Bad security.
