It is mind boggling and heart breaking that in spite of BT/Riaz Malik’s over and over proven real estate frauds all over Pakistan, no Pakistani institution, including law enforcement agencies and courts are able, ready and willing to properly try Riaz Maklik and company. Not only citizens in Pakistan but also the overseas Pakistanis who are the back bone of Pakistani economy and the cause of royal living of Riaz Malik and company are suffering and crying because of their non stoppable crimes and unlawful practices. The SC of Pakistan is neither reachable nor responsive against the complaints I made against BT/Riaz Malik, and the role of CJ Saqib Malik has been very dishonest, partial, misleading and mutual to save RM for common financial/political goals. The worst part of SC’ role is its subordinate department’s dirty and partial role (Human Rights Cell for Overseas Pakistanis) which was set to safe guard the rights of the Overseas Pakistanis. I found this department not only works under the control of Riaz Malik and company but also exclusively works and safeguards the interests of Riaz Malik and company instead of safeguarding the rights of the common people. As an overseas Pakistani victim of Riaz Malik and company, I wrote several letters to SC of Pakistan including registered letters to make a complaint against its own HR Cell’s.
dishonesty and partiality, but nobody from SC even bothered to reply or to acknowledge that it has received my letter of complaints. I hate to write this but it is a fact that SC’s information on its web site is just formal and its contact numbers and email address are bogus and useless as per my experience. Not only this, I wrote a complaint against Riaz Malik and company to NAB long ago, but it never responded back to me. Who can forget CJ Saqib Nisar’s order to NAB not to take any action against Riaz Malik and company? Same is the case with the newly formed “Citizen’s Portal/Complaint Cell” of the current government of Pakistan. It is useless, not reachable and non responsive, but it works well for the cheap publicity of the current government of Pakistan.
I wish there was any honest, caring and reachable government department in Pakistan which is able ready and willing to investigate against the daring crimes of the powerful and unaccountable corrupt mafias of Pakistan, or at least there was one media cell/channel which people can trust and count on which can expose such unaccountable criminals of Pakistan. These big time mafias and daring law offenders of Pakistan are not only looting the common citizens of Pakistan but also giving big time financial losses to the treasury of Pakistan. I have lots of documentary proofs against the continued unlawful practices of Riaz Malik and company and some others. The very latest is the illegal notice being sent to me on wrong address by Bahria Town just a few days ago of making payment and taking possession of the plot immediately. The date of making the payment on this notice is already expired, and there is nobody available to talk to me on phone, or reply to my letters, and last but not least I have to be present in Bahria Town Office in Pakistan when I am thousands of miles away (in USA), and just a two months ago I was there for months, spent tons of money staying in hotels, paying for transport and food and begging their officers to listen to my complaint, or at least let me meet Riaz Malk in person who is claimed to be “larger than life, a living legend, a messiah and a true philanthropist of Pakistan”, but they did not give me any chance to listen to our complaint or compensated for the cheat and financial losses they gave to me. Prior to this notice which is already expired before reaching me, no notice was sent to me in advance for any kind of changes in the law in Pakistan or changes in terms and conditions of the agreement with me. Also this notice violates their own terms and conditions I had to sign 5 years ago. How can they force me to take the possession of the plot immediately, make extra payments in the name of maintenance, utility and other charges and build the house on it immediately when it is against the agreement. BT makes and breaks its own laws and compels people to obey its unlawful orders. Knowingly that we are from the USA and we have learned to trust people, they (BT officials) did a planned fraud with us five years ago, kept us in dark about the facts and odds of the plot, showed and sold us a plot which neither existed on the map nor was approved by the Bahria Management. Because of this situation we are neither able to sell this plot from the day one nor this plot appreciated even after five years time. It is a big financial loss on the top of what they excessively charged me for this plot. One of the officers in Bahria Town admitted and said ” “Shah Saheb aap kay saath toe haath ho gya hai, I am sorry but I can’t help you on this? When it came to price of this plot a BT officer with the help of an outside agent (a mulla) played game with us and fraudulently sold this plot on a very high price giving us impression that we are on your side. They ripped us off, and an active army officer/owner of this plot who was behind the scene neither ever met us in person, nor his original id’s or the ownership this plot were shown to us. The same BT officer with the help of the same outside agent asked us to fill Bahria Registration forms twice in her office, which we later found had two different addresses and information of the same plot. Same was the case with the sales contracts. They did not provide us the sales contract even after making the full payment of the plot in advance. They kept us waiting and we had top fly back to USA without it. It took them about two months to write and send us the sales agreement which was full of mistakes and they had to write it twice. Also, we made 100% payment in advance, but it took them almost two months to provide us the receipt of the payment. What happened after that is long list of our pain and sufferings and their never ending unlawful practices.
I wish all the victims of such high and mighty criminals of Pakistan get together, form a union, file law suite against BT/Riaz Malik, also go to ICJ or any such international body where the unjust and crimes of the high and mighty of Pakistan can be exposed and justice for all can be achieved, because I am totally disappointed by the judiciary of Pakistan. it is only good for giving lectures, selective justice and supporting the mighty of Pakistan in my opinion. “Zameer-e-insan agar sada day, toe sadaaqatein aankhein kholtee hain, aur QASR-E-INSAAF BHEE GOONJTAA HAI” (It takes conscience).
