I had faced fraud from Urban developers in Silicon Valley. I have proved them a fraud and recovered the penalty amount in Court. But it would take me 11 years in court. This does not exist since had launched in 2005 in Rawalpindi just after Bahria. They had sold files and grabbed installments. They have abolished the scheme after collecting 75% installments..This scheme was launched one year after the Central Park project of Urban Developer. Owners is Mian Tahir Javed of Urban developer and Central Park, who sold Air avenue to DHA.
