Worst Department possession and Transfer. Every time when you go to collect your document they tell you a new story and new extra charges .
On each visit their process changes. No standard process . Deal every customer differently . Overseas Pakistanis suffer alot who don’t have any information then they charge you extra on every visit. Shittt Process without any guidance.
Possession department is a mafia :
I don’t know why they people behaved like Bosses, I am talking about main bosses not clerical staff, please don’t take customers phone on desk, very bad impression.
Worst office ever who will disappoint every client in terms of service and fair dealing they act like beuraucrat specially possession dept and map wing are worst of all will never recommend anybody to buy plot in bahria with intention to construct it due to this office non responsible attitude
Not a pleasant experience visiting Bahria Customer Care Office especially in COVID-19 situation as there is no social distancing and precautionary measures. Expect whole day standing in queue, for taking possession or transfer, going from one counter to another, photocopying, payments and also wait for one hour break time from 1pm to 2pm. No respect for senior citizens. Any assistance with senior citizen is also not allowed if he/she is the owner. What if old people can’t read, write or handle internal chaos there is no help or assistance provided. Moreover, very rude staff, no mobile allowed so you cannot share or text about what’s going inside as they are above law.
